This energetic position involves managing guest check-ins and check-outs, reconciling daily financial transactions, and maintaining exceptional guest relations. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for our guests while supporting the overall efficiency of hotel management. Duties Conduct nightly audits by reviewing daily revenue, reservations, and guest accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness using property management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms. Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and handling late-night inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues efficiently, demonstrating excellent customer service problem-solving skills. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety inspections, and following hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest and staff safety. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial reconciliations to support hotel operations and audits. Communicate effectively via multi-line phone systems and handle phone etiquette with guests, clients, and team members across multiple channels. Collaborate with hotel management to ensure smooth night operations, guest satisfaction, and adherence to hospitality standards. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations; resort experience is a plus. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or other hotel reservation software. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and client communication. Ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently while maintaining professional phone etiquette. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to respond effectively during incidents. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions across diverse populations.
