Position Summary The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily business operations, coordinating internal processes, supporting customers and clients, and ensuring projects and training events are executed efficiently. This individual will work closely with company leadership to improve processes, manage priorities, and support continued business growth. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily business operations. Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and operational activities. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and business partners. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client experience. Develop, improve, and maintain operational processes and procedures. Assist with project planning, execution, and follow-up. Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and company events. Monitor operational deadlines and ensure projects stay on schedule. Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence. Support business development initiatives and customer relationships. Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and continuous improvement. Identify challenges proactively and implement practical solutions. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information. Perform other operational and administrative duties as needed. Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of operations, project management, office management, or leadership experience. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision. Dependable, accountable, and professional. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Aviation industry experience is preferred but not required. $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
