Job Summary:
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, driven Operations Manager who thrives with autonomy and decision-making authority. In this hybrid leadership and field role, you will sell, service, and personally build and scale your own service team from the ground up. Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Drive customer acquisition through direct sales, local networking, and field upselling. Implement sales strategies to expand our client base rapidly.
Field Operations & Service Delivery:
Perform thorough inspections, establish custom treatment plans, and personally execute safe, effective pest control applications to maintain top-tier service standards.
Team Building & Leadership:
Hire, mentor, and lead a growing team of technicians as operations scale. Establish performance benchmarks, run ongoing field training, and foster a strong team culture.
Customer Experience:
Build lasting relationships with residential and commercial clients, ensuring high retention and rapid resolution of any customer concerns.
Regulatory Compliance & Safety:
Oversee strict adherence to all state and federal pest control regulations, safety protocols, and proper chemical handling practices.
Reporting & Quality Assurance:
Maintain detailed operational records, track key performance metrics, and conduct routine quality assurance checks to maintain brand standards.
Qualifications:
Certification:
Must hold an active Certified Applicator license (Required).
Leadership & Autonomy:
Proven track record of self-direction, strong decision-making skills, and a desire to build and manage a service team. Dual Focus (Sales & Service): Hands-on experience performing pest control applications combined with demonstrated success in sales and customer acquisition.
Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of pest control techniques, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Valid Driver's License:
Must have a clean driving record and pass standard background checks.
Working Conditions:
Combination of field operations (outdoors and inside various property types) and operational management. Flexible hours as required to support business growth and customer service needs.
Salary and Benefits:
