What type of Location Manager are we looking for? Nautical Boat Club is the nation's only Boating Country Club® and the top reviewed boat club franchise in the United States. We are dedicated to providing our members with a Country Club level of service. We have a growing membership, with DFW locations on Lake Lewisville, Lake Grapevine, and Lake Ray Hubbard. Our members enjoy access to a fleet of more than 55 top-of-the-line brand boats and a massive inventory of premium water sports equipment. As the Location Manager of Nautical Boat Club Little Elm, you will lead a team to help manage the club's day to day activities while also driving continuous improvement. You'll spend your time primarily overseeing the Club's daily operations as it pertains to membership sales, the dock, fleet, and member outings. You'll be required to prioritize multiple tasks, have an eye for detail and communicate with the Club's membership and senior management team. You will have a strong entrepreneurial mindset to achieve goals within budget. And you will be willing to work flexible hours aligned with the Club's operations. What work will you perform? Sales
- Create and nurture prospective members from inquiry to signup.
- Conduct Club tours.
- Responsible to achieve sales goals set by the Club's senior management. Operations
- Oversee dock operations, including cleaning, inspecting and maintaining the Club fleet.
- Manage a team of Dockhand personnel, ensuring they have strong member-oriented service values. Administration
- Successfully operate a CRM. Manage budgets/expenses and report results to senior management.
- Evaluate membership equipment usage trends.
- Manage payroll and staff scheduling.
What skills you will bring Bachelor's degree (preferred). Experience working in management, service and/or hospitality. A strong work ethic. The ability to work outdoors. Experience with scheduling, payroll budgeting and staff management. Mechanical skills a plus.
Note:
The above are preferred. We can train a properly motivated candidate. Benefits Total compensation ranges between $55K
- 65K.
