We're looking for a driven Operations Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited to grow with us. Role Overview As Operations Manager, you will support the administrative side of the business — managing operational systems, order processing, inventory oversight, and coordination across wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels. You'll play a key role in streamlining processes as we continue to expand. This is an ideal role for a fast learner who is energized by new systems and ready to master industry-leading tools. Key Responsibilities Oversee administrative operations, including order processing and coordination Manage inventory tracking and accuracy across all channels Support production timelines with manufacturers and vendors Optimize ordering and fulfillment processes for B2B wholesale and DTC channels Learn and become proficient in NuOrder (wholesale ordering platform), Apparel Magic (ERP/inventory system), and Shopify (e-commerce platform) Monitor key performance metrics (inventory accuracy, order accuracy, on-time shipping, etc.) Collaborate with sales, design, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations Identify and execute process improvements to support rapid company growth What We're Looking For 3+ years of operations or administrative experience in fashion, apparel, or consumer goods (preferred) Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proven ability to learn new software and systems quickly High attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude Experience with inventory or e-commerce systems is a plus, but not required — we value fast learners who adapt rapidly Passion for fashion is a big advantage Excellent communication and team collaboration skills What We Offer Competitive salary + performance bonus Health Medical Insurance Generous employee discount on our collections Fast-paced, fun team environment with real growth opportunities The chance to shape operations in a growing brand Ready to join us?
