Job Description

Overview The Night Rider is responsible for providing overnight field support while safely transporting personnel and equipment to and from worksites. This position monitors field operations and equipment, performs routine checks, responds to alarms or incidents, and helps ensure safe and efficient operations throughout the night shift. The role requires the ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with field personnel and supervisors. Responsibilities Safely transport personnel and equipment to and from field locations during the night shift. Monitor field equipment and operating conditions throughout assigned locations. Perform routine field checks and inspections. Respond to equipment alarms, incidents, or operational concerns as required. Communicate field conditions, issues, and activities to supervisors and appropriate team members. Coordinate with field personnel to support overnight operations. Document field activities, inspections, incidents, and other required information. Follow company safety policies, procedures, and operational requirements. Identify and report potential safety or operational concerns. Work independently while maintaining communication with the appropriate field teams. Support safe and efficient operations across assigned field locations. Qualifications 0-2 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Previous field or operational experience preferred. Ability to work overnight/night shifts. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to safely operate a vehicle and travel between field locations. Ability to monitor equipment and recognize abnormal operating conditions or alarms. Strong attention to safety and ability to follow established procedures. Ability to accurately document field activities and communicate operational issues. Ability to coordinate effectively with supervisors and field personnel. Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug, MVR, agility and fit for duty.
