Hold Center Directors accountable for enrollment, labor cost and compliance targets, and step in to cover a director vacancy when needed. Set and enforce one standard across all four schools, so that a form, policy or control adopted at one center is adopted at all. Give the Managing Partner a clear weekly picture of each center: enrollment, staffing, collections, compliance and open issues. Required qualifications 10+ years in licensed childcare or early education, including at least 5 years as a Center Director or in a multi-site role.
