Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Manager to oversee and coordinate our financial operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day management and accurate financial reporting. The Business Manager will play a vital role in managing financials, including the month-end close process, and supporting overall business performance. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making and operational efficiency within our organization. Responsibilities Oversee daily business operations, ensuring effective management of financial activities. Manage the month-end close process, including preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate recording of transactions and compliance with accounting GAAP standards. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities alongside B&F Committee. Provide insights and reports to Property Board management to facilitate informed decision-making. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls related to financial management. Coordinate with various departments to align financial goals with overall business objectives. Requirements Proven experience in financial management, accounting, or related roles. Strong understanding of financial statements, reporting, and month-end closing procedures. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in financial software Tyler Tech and Microsoft Office Suite. Effective communication skills for collaboration across departments. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus. $47,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
