Job Description The Resort Manager will serve as a key operational leader and cultural developer during an exciting stage of growth. Reporting directly to the ownership team and providing key insight for future success, the Resort Manager plays a critical role in ensuring exceptional daily operations and delivering extraordinary guest experiences throughout each department. The Resort Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of Rooms, Food & Beverage, Security, Spa, and Maintenance, ensuring a positive team driven work environment and coordination between departments while championing the service philosophy that defines the Bonneville experience. This leader will help shape our hospitality culture and elevate standards of operation. Financial Oversight; Operational Performance Partner with the ownership team to oversee the resort's financial performance, ensuring alignment with annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic goals. Monitor departmental financial results across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, and Maintenance operations, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency. Review financial reports, including revenue performance, labor costs, and operating expenses, ensuring departments remain within budgetary guidelines. Work closely with department leaders to drive revenue optimization, expense management, and a labor culture that promotes productivity while maintaining exceptional hospitality standards. Ensure adherence to financial controls, guide department heads through purchasing procedures, and inventory management practices. Operational Leadership Provide leadership and operational oversight for Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa and Maintenance departments. Partner closely with department leaders to ensure the successful execution of day-to-day resort operations and guest services, conducting monthly reviews of set goals and standards of practice. Lead and inspire teams to deliver service excellence through example and trainings as needed. Ensure property standards are maintained at high and consistent level through regular, in person monitoring. Foster a collaborative culture that encourages accountability, innovation, inclusion, and professional growth. Participate in the recruitment, hiring, scheduling, training, and development of team members across the resort. Support performance management through regular coaching, feedback, documentation, and when necessary, disciplinary processes. Promote a team culture of respect, accountability, and genuine hospitality that reflects the values and service philosophy of Fusion Lodging. Guest Experience Be the face of Bonneville Hot Springs by continuous re-enforcing service standards across all departments. Create a positive culture of the highest adherence to standard compliance. Take an active leadership role in guest relations by initiating guest interactions, maintaining relationships with repeat guests, and resolving service concerns promptly and thoughtfully. Continuously review and elevate all areas of resort operations. Offer input on and assist with development of events and resort features. The targeted compensation range for this full time year round, exempt position is $80,000 to 90,000. Qualifications 2 years+ experience in a similar position, in an elevated hospitality environment with similar leadership responsibilities Proven experience in operations of multiple departments and direct employee oversight Strong understanding of financial compliance within budgetary limitations Demonstrated leadership ability to inspire teams and drive service excellence Exceptional guest engagement and problem-solving skills. Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment utilizing time management and prioritization dynamics Familiarity with HR solutions and conflict resolution
