Wedding Venue Coordinator Danzinger Vineyards is looking for a motivated, dependable person who loves love and understands just how important a wedding day is. For many of our couples, this is the biggest and most meaningful celebration of their lives so far. We take that seriously. We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing things well, notices the details and genuinely cares about making sure our couples and their guests have an exceptional experience. As our Wedding Venue Coordinator, you'll oversee the property and venue operations on wedding days. You'll be a welcoming and knowledgeable presence for the couple, their vendors and their guests while making sure Danzinger Vineyards is prepared, cared for and operating as it should throughout the event.

Responsibilities include:

• Being the primary venue contact on the day of the wedding
• Making sure the venue is prepared and ready before guests and vendors arrive
• Welcoming vendors to the property and helping them get situated
• Answering venue-related questions and assisting with reasonable requests throughout the day
• Keeping an eye on the property, guest areas and overall presentation of the venue
• Anticipating needs and addressing issues before they become problems
• Coordinating with Danzinger Vineyards staff to keep venue operations running smoothly
• Helping ensure venue policies and expectations are followed
• Being a calm, capable and professional presence throughout the event Who we're looking for: You're someone who is warm, confident and comfortable working with people.

This position will be part-time for the remainder of 2026, primarily centered around our wedding and event schedule. For the right person, however, we see this as much more than a seasonal job.
