Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for delivery. This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive their products on time and in excellent condition. Responsibilities All work is performed outside in most weather conditions Must be comfortable with power tools ie screw gun Print price tags, laminate and cut. Efficiently pick and pack orders according to established procedures and quality standards. Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels. Ensure that all picked items are free from damage and meet quality control standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing duties. Qualifications Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. Physical stamina to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods. Basic computer skills for inventory management systems are a plus.
