Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist to support our sales team and clients. You will be the backbone of our sales process, ensuring accurate order entry, seamless artwork proofing, and timely delivery of custom apparel and promotional products.

Key Responsibilities Order Processing:

Enter and manage sales orders for custom apparel and promotional products using Spire ERP software, Microsoft Outlook, and a web browser, ensuring a high degree of accuracy in sizes, colors, and detailed artwork and proofing specifications.

Customer Communication:

Act as a liaison between clients and production, answering inquiries, providing order updates, and resolving issues proactively and resourcefully before bringing them back to an internal supervisor or sales team member.

Artwork Management:

Coordinate with our Art Department to route digital proofs to clients for approval.

Quote Generation:

Prepare and send accurate price quotes internally and to clients using our internal order management systems, vendor pricing lists, and sales team directives. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 4 or more years of experience in a data entry, sales support, customer service position, or 2 or more years in the print/apparel industry Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) Exceptional keying accuracy Exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail Has biases toward taking action and taking ownership Apparel Manufacturing offers a competitive salary and benefits package, which includes health insurance, access to the company's 401(k) plan, and two weeks of PTO.
