11:30am - 10:00pm - working a 4/10/40 rotating schedule (this does include two Saturday's a month)

Job Description:

Responsible for managing stock, creating purchase orders, activating, and quality assurance/control of every product in the customer's order Using Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Global Quality Metrics (GQM), Fulfillment Coordinators are part of a team of people ensuring every order is sent on time and without error Generate purchase orders, item receipts, and item fulfillments Process digital bulk and individual fulfillment orders Maintain accurate levels of active inventory counts and report/investigate any discrepancies Ability to utilize cross-functional skills when working with other areas of the company Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous Fulfillment or retail experience is preferred Must be detail oriented Proficiency in Excel is a plus Ability to stand for entire shift Ability to pass all required pre-screenings
