Job Description

Overview:

Seasonal position: mid August through mid - late November, with possibility of transitioning into yearbook layout department which stays on through

January & February Hours:

Monday through Friday - 8:00am-4:30pm, some overtime as needed.

Wage:

$16.00/hr.

Responsibilities:

Enter orders received from our Photographers & Customer Service Representatives and Orders placed using our online ordering system. Cropping photos to set guidelines. Basic retouching. Submitting orders for further processing/printing. All training is provided using software designed specifically for the school picture industry. Background check will be performed.

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent. Data entry experience. Basic Photoshop experience. Strong Computer skills and working-level skill with MS Office suite (Word, Excel) Good verbal and written communication skills The ability to work well both independently and in a team environment. Easily adaptable to change. Strong work ethic, excellent typing skills, professional etiquette. Listening skills and attention to detail - both written and verbal communication. MUST be dependable and have excellent work ethics.

Preferred:

Approx. 2 yrs. of data entry experience. Advanced Photoshop. Lightroom experience.
