We are a growing family business looking to hire enthusiastic, hard-working, dedicated and ambitious members to join our team. The Picker/Packer/Shipper - Order Fulfillment position has the potential to include Shipping and General Warehouse Organization and Maintenance functions. Shipping Functions include, but are not limited to: Picking products to fulfill orders Entering products into inventory software system Packing individual product orders for shipment Using shipping software to label and ship outgoing orders Troubleshooting shipping and/or inventory issues General Warehouse Organization and Maintenance include, but are not limited to: Receiving daily deliveries from carriers and distributing internally Cleaning, putting away and organizing inventory in warehouse Moving boxes/packages/envelopes for daily carrier pick-up Recycling and trash removal Packing, unpacking and moving pallets Maintaining overall warehouse cleanliness and order Assisting other members of the team as needed Qualifications include, but are not limited to: Experience with Picking, Packing, Shipping Orders Experience in an e-commerce & warehouse environment Proficient with e-commerce platforms - ShipStation & Shopify experience a plus Ability to evaluate, prioritize and meet expectations Proficient with the English language Strong team player Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written
