Job Duties :

This position is a unique opportunity for a highly responsible attentive individual capable of quick learning and retention to detailed instruction. Our main objective is performance in all aspects of extremely customized order entry and extraordinary customer service. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Web Interface Management. Ability to operate office equipment. Capable of defining issues, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing conclusions. Excellent attendance is imperative and expected. Working well in a team environment, accepting constructive instruction, and being comfortable in conveying information and well thought out ideas to fellow teammates. Shipping knowledge of UPS, FedEx and USPS is an integral part of order entry. It will be incorporated into those responsibilities should backup in that department be needed. Administrative support and other basic office tasks will apply.
