Full Job Description Position:

Freight Order Fulfillment Salary:

Non-Exempt 7 AM

• 4 PM, Monday

• Friday Job Description:

  The Freight Order Fulfillment Associate supports the company by processing and fulfilling orders to ship LTL and TL. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Using RF mobile units to process orders
• Checking all incoming inventory against purchase orders and vendor packing slips to fulfill daily orders
• Processing orders including creating labels, scanning, applying shipping labels, and gathering freight in preparation for pickup
• Scheduling carriers for daily pickups
• Loading trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand lifting
• Perform various other duties as assigned by order fulfillment manager Physical demands:
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds; lifting may be in excess of 100 repetitions per shift
• Must be able to lift and/or move parts that exceed 70 pounds
• Must be able to maintain a high level of frequency in other physical activities such as reaching, standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, kneeling and crouching

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
• MUST have forklift experience
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed
• Must have basic computer skills
• Must be able to effectively organize, communicate information, and respond to questions from various levels within the organization
• Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated
