Full-Time Job Overview We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Order Selectors to join our team in Athens, TX. This position plays a critical role in warehouse operations by supporting inventory handling, order preparation, shipping, and receiving activities. Candidates with forklift experience or previous order selecting experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Move merchandise to pallets, conveyors, shelving, staging areas, and trucks. Count and verify incoming and outgoing shipments against invoices, packing slips, and orders. Read production schedules, shipping orders, and work orders to determine materials and products needed. Locate, pull, prepare, and label products for shipment. Ensure accuracy of all orders before shipment. Assist with loading and unloading trucks. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous warehouse, distribution, forklift, or order selecting experience preferred. Ability to operate material handling equipment or willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Physical Requirements Regularly lift up to 40 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and twisting throughout the shift. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
