Order Entry Representative Lisanti Foodservice of Texas is growing, and we're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Order Entry Representative to join our team! If you enjoy working with customers, staying organized, and making sure orders are accurate from start to finish, this could be a great opportunity for you. As an Order Entry Representative, you'll be an important part of our daily operation. You'll work directly with customers and our internal teams to make sure orders are entered correctly, communicated clearly, and processed on time. What You'll Do Enter customer orders accurately into our computer system Review orders for quantities, pricing, product information, delivery dates, and special instructions Communicate with customers regarding orders, product availability, changes, and delivery details Answer customer questions and provide friendly, professional service Make order changes, additions, cancellations, and corrections Work closely with our Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Transportation teams Follow up on order questions and discrepancies Help resolve customer and order-related issues Maintain accurate customer and order information Manage multiple orders and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed What We're Looking For Customer service, order entry, data entry, or administrative experience preferred Foodservice or distribution experience is a plus Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills Comfortable using computers and learning new software Ability to type and enter information accurately Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and professional demeanor Dependable and punctual Team player who is willing to help wherever needed Experience with foodservice products, wholesale distribution, or order management is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
