Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Packer, where your energy and attention to detail will drive efficient order fulfillment and inventory management. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards. Responsibilities Carefully pack products using appropriate packaging materials, ensuring items are protected during transit Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools safely and efficiently Utilize barcode scanning systems and RF scanners to accurately pick, pack, and track inventory within the warehouse management system (WMS) Load and unload shipments with attention to safety protocols, ensuring proper handling of materials and equipment Conduct quality control checks to verify order accuracy and product integrity before dispatch Maintain organized storage by stocking items correctly and managing inventory levels through warehouse management systems Follow safety procedures consistently, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), manual handling techniques, and safe operation of warehouse equipment Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, shipping & receiving, and inventory management Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and barcode scanners Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management systems for accurate stock control Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy items safely and efficiently Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments Familiarity with safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and materials handling Prior experience in warehouse supervisor roles or distribution centers is a plus but not required Join us in creating a safe, efficient environment where your skills make a real impact!
