About the Position Noel Box creates personalized ornaments that become meaningful keepsakes for our customers. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Packing & Fulfillment Associate to help us safely prepare and ship orders during the holiday season. Many of our ornaments are made from fragile resin and glass, so careful packing and quality assurance are extremely important. The right person will review every order, confirm that all details are correct, pack each ornament securely, and ensure all assigned orders are shipped the same day. Previous packing or fulfillment experience is helpful but not required. We care most about reliability, attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality. Responsibilities Carefully review every ornament before packing Confirm that the ornament, personalization, quantity, and order details are correct Inspect ornaments for damage, defects, or personalization errors Flag any incorrect or damaged items before they are shipped Pack fragile resin and glass ornaments securely to prevent breakage Select the appropriate protective materials and packaging for each order Double-check shipping labels and order information Ensure all assigned orders are packed and shipped the same business day Complete a daily drop-off at the nearby post office during working hours Organize and restock ornaments, boxes, packaging materials, and other supplies Help count inventory and maintain accurate stock levels during slower periods Notify the team when supplies or inventory are running low Keep the packing and inventory areas clean and organized What We Are Looking For Excellent attention to detail A careful and methodical approach to packing fragile products The ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy Strong organizational skills Dependability, punctuality, and consistent daily attendance Comfort performing repetitive tasks for several hours Ability to safely carry packages and shipping supplies Basic comfort reviewing online orders and shipping information A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed A valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation for daily post-office drop-offs All post-office trips will take place during paid working hours. Seasonal Availability This position supports our busiest and most important time of year, so reliable attendance is essential. Applicants must be available to work on-site every scheduled weekday from October 1 through approximately December 20. Because this is a short seasonal position, we cannot accommodate planned vacations or personal days during the assignment. We understand that unexpected emergencies may happen, but applicants should make sure they can commit to the full season before applying. Hours will depend on order volume. October may be somewhat slower, with the workload increasing significantly during November and December.
