JOB SUMMARY
Pick product and assemble pallets from assigned Load Sheets and prepare the trucks for the next day outgoing delivery Sunday- Thursday, 4:00PM shift start time.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Pick product from assigned order load sheets and warehouse locations Build and construct all product on the pallets based on set of load standards Validate all product on pallets for the correct brand, size, package, and quantity. Label all pallets with appropriate route and order stop numbers Shrink wrap each qualified pallet and stage for checking and loading process Correct all picking errors identified by the Checker to ensure an accurate final product on pallets before they are loaded Utilize Forklift and Electric Pallet jacks to maneuver through the warehouse in a safe and orderly manner Complete all required daily paperwork in an orderly, accurate, and detailed manner.

All trucks must be loaded in time for next day delivery and checked prior to leaving the building
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

MENTAL AND VISUAL REQUIREMENTS
Moderate mental and visual attention required for performing manual work, machine operation, set-up, inspection, and adjustments that require frequent decisions to detect and adjust for variance from proper operation. AND/OR Operate mobile equipment in congested areas or involving considerable variety of movement.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
Ability to ascend and descend stairs and traverse small spaces, remain in a stationary position 50% of the time, move about to access materials and equipment to perform job duties, operate basic tools, communicate with customers and co-workers, and perform repetitive motions. Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Environmental Conditions May be subject to inside environmental conditions, including noise.
