This position involves accurately picking, packing, labeling and sorting products based on order requests, and staging orders for shipment, ensuring timely and precise fulfillment of customer orders at a fulfillment center in Bear, DE. You will work in a collaborative environment, following supervisor direction and adhering to company policies. Responsibilities Use handheld devices or pick lists to locate and verify items for orders. Pack, label, sort and stage items for shipment. Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy by updating records and reporting discrepancies. Work as part of a team, collaborating with coworkers and supervisors to meet productivity and accuracy goals. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards. Report damaged, defective, or missing items to the supervisor or manager. Assist with other warehouse tasks such as restocking, organizing, and rotating inventory. Schedule & Pay Day shifts, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Sunday-Thursday day shifts are also available. $17/hr, paid weekly. A 30-minute unpaid lunch break plus two paid 15-minute breaks.
