Job Description
Job Overview Sew Project by Project is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Assistant to support our clothing production, order fulfillment, and shipping operations. Our company specializes in creating quality apparel, preparing customer orders, and delivering products to customers across the country. In this role, you will help ensure that finished clothing items are carefully inspected, packaged, labeled, and prepared for shipment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, organization, and being part of a creative production environment. No previous packaging or warehouse experience is required training is provided. Responsibilities Package finished clothing products according to company standards Inspect apparel items for quality, accuracy, and presentation before shipping Fold, organize, and prepare garments for customer orders Apply shipping labels and ensure packages are ready for delivery Assist with order fulfillment and shipment preparation Organize packaging materials and maintain an efficient workspace Track completed orders and help ensure timely processing Support inventory organization of clothing items and supplies Follow safety, quality, and company procedures Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards Reliable, organized, and able to complete tasks on schedule Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable with repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy Basic computer skills for order and shipment processing are a plus Previous experience in packaging, apparel, retail, or fulfillment is helpful but not required What We Offer Competitive pay Paid training and support Opportunity to learn apparel production and fulfillment operations Friendly and creative work environment Join Sew Project by Project and help bring quality clothing products from production to customers across the country.
