This role includes hand-packing meal components, preparing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with general warehouse activities. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in both warehouse and production environments while ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Hand-pack food components, meals, and other products according to production requirements and customer specifications. Perform tasks such as grasping, folding, boxing, lifting, stocking, pressing, and organizing items in a clean and efficient manner. Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety protocols, and hygiene practices, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Inspect products at all stages to ensure quality standards and food safety regulations are met. Participate in sanitation and housekeeping activities in production and warehouse areas. Maintain accurate production logs, including quantities packed, product details, and deviations from standard procedures. Assist with receiving, unloading, and inspecting inbound products for accuracy and quality. Pull orders from stock and prepare products for shipment, including packing, labeling, and loading outbound trucks. Complete necessary paperwork and data entry for inventory control and shipping/receiving records. Assist in other production or warehouse duties as assigned by management. Experience Previous experience in food production, packing, or warehouse operations preferred. Ability to read, write, and understand instructions, labels, and safety information in English. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes precisely. Comfortable using pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.) preferred. Ability to pass all required screenings and background checks.
