Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Flower Packer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently packing fresh flowers with precision and care, ensuring products meet quality standards and safety regulations. Your energetic approach will help maintain smooth production flow, uphold packaging standards, and contribute to delivering beautiful floral arrangements to our customers. Responsibilities Carefully pack flowers using appropriate packaging equipment, ensuring protection during transit and storage Interpret production documents and packaging instructions accurately to meet quality specifications Operate packaging machinery and material handling equipment safely and efficiently Conduct routine inspections of packaging stations to maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and operational efficiency Assist with materials handling tasks, including heavy lifting and moving floral supplies within the warehouse or manufacturing area Troubleshoot mechanical issues with packaging equipment using basic mechanical knowledge and hand tools Follow manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols diligently to ensure GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) compliance Support warehouse operations by organizing materials, performing inventory checks, and maintaining accurate documentation Experience Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments preferred, especially within a floral or perishable goods setting Familiarity with industrial equipment troubleshooting, mechanical troubleshooting, and assembly processes is a plus Basic math skills for measuring and counting products accurately Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including GMP regulations and safety protocol adherence Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts or other warehouse machinery is advantageous Ability to interpret production documents and follow detailed instructions precisely Demonstrated ability to lift heavy loads safely and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail Join us in creating a vibrant work environment where your skills help deliver fresh flowers with care!
