6:00am-2:30pm QPS Employment Group is hiring a Production Packaging & Palletizing Associate for a company in Monticello, IA. This is a potential to hire opportunity on 1st shift. Production Packaging & Palletizing Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Package finished snow shovels and prepare products for shipment
• Palletize boxed products and properly stack completed orders
• Assemble boxes and prepare packaging materials
• Lift and handle products weighing up to 50 pounds approximately 25 times per hour
• Inspect products and packaging for obvious damage or quality concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with snow shovel assembly and other production duties as needed

Production Packaging & Palletizing Associate Requirements:

• No previous manufacturing experience required
• Must be able to repetitively lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, carry, and stack throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a production environment
