The ideal candidate will be responsible for loading pallets for deliveries, transporting goods safely and efficiently, and ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all safety regulations. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable with physical work, as well as a strong understanding of various types of trucks and trailers, mainly refrigerated trailers equipped with ramps and lift gates. Responsibilities Pick and pull items from inventory to accurately fulfill customer orders. Load and unload box trucks for daily deliveries. Safely operate a company truck to deliver goods from client to client in a timely manner. Accurately load trucks with customer-specific orders, ensuring items are properly secured. Unload deliveries at client locations using dollies and other equipment as needed. Verify order accuracy during loading and unloading to minimize errors. Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with clients at delivery sites. Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules while adhering to all traffic and safety regulations. Report any issues, delays, or discrepancies to management. Assist with other warehouse and operational tasks as needed. Requirements Valid Standard Drivers License. Ability to life 50+lbs repeatedly throughout a shift unassisted. Familiarity with refrigerated trailers, box trucks preferred. Previous experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving is highly desirable. Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading freight. Prior warehouse, delivery, or produce industry experience preferred, but not required. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for route driving and delivery documentation. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of safety protocols related to truck driving and freight transportation. Schedule Monday-Friday | 8:00am Start | End time varies based on delivery routes/volume.
