Job Description
Join Nexus Employment and step onto a fast-moving production line where your work keeps products flowing to customers across Northwest Indiana. From your first day, you'll see how packaging, labeling, and quality checks come together to meet daily goals in a clean, safety-first environment. No prior experience? We'll train you. What your day looks like You arrive ready for your scheduled shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd). You'll rotate between packaging stations, label products for shipment, and perform simple inspections to make sure everything meets quality standards. You'll lift and move light boxes, keep your workspace tidy, and lend a hand on warehouse or production projects as needed. Throughout the shift, you follow company procedures and good manufacturing practices to help the team hit daily production targets—safely and efficiently. Pay Rate:
