Job Description
KS Co-Pak is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our production team as Packing & Bagging Associates. This position is responsible for accurately packaging, bagging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining high quality and safety standards. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a team, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Package and bag products according to customer specifications. Weigh, label, and seal products accurately. Inspect products for quality before packaging. Assemble boxes and prepare finished products for shipping. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all food safety, company, and workplace safety procedures. Work efficiently to meet daily production goals. Assist with additional warehouse or production tasks as needed. Qualifications No experience required—we will train the right candidate. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
