Possible and may be mandatory Available Shifts Monday-Thursday | 5:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday-Thursday | 5:00 PM-5:00 AM Friday-Sunday | 5:00 AM-5:00 PM Friday-Sunday | 5:00 PM-5:00 AM Utility / Packaging / Rework Requirements Previous food-manufacturing experience preferred Ability to obtain and maintain industrial-truck and lift-equipment certification according to company and OSHA standards Effective written and verbal communication skills Basic mechanical aptitude and strong math skills Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Dependable attendance and availability for overtime when required Key Responsibilities Operate HMIs and computerized control panels to regulate bulk ingredients and pumping flows. Maintain established production quantities and rates for each product. Clean and rinse equipment according to established procedures. Monitor equipment for malfunctions and production concerns. Complete minor equipment adjustments or repairs when trained and authorized. Communicate equipment problems to maintenance personnel. Mount production supplies on spindles or place materials into hoppers and feeding devices. Support utility, packaging, and rework operations as assigned. Follow all food-safety, quality, and workplace-safety procedures. Maintain clean and organized production areas. Perform additional production duties as assigned.
