Expediter:

Take and manage phone and in-person to-go orders with professionalism and accuracy. Coordinate and monitor the flow of orders between the kitchen and front-of-house to ensure timely and precise packing. Double-check each order to ensure all items are included, properly labeled, and meet our quality standards. Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and servers to handle special requests or order changes. Keep the packing station clean, organized, and stocked during service. Assist with light food prep or handling as needed, following all health and safety standards. Monitor inventory of to-go supplies and alert management when restocking is needed. Host:

Greet every guest warmly and professionally as they arrive, creating a welcoming first impression. Manage the waitlist and seating chart, assigning tables efficiently and according to server rotation. Guide guests to their assigned tables and provide menus, informing them of any specials or wait times. Answer incoming phone calls, assist with to-go orders, and provide accurate information about the menu or restaurant. Prepare, pack, and process payment for to-go orders, ensuring accuracy and quality before handing them off to the guest. Support front desk teammates by assisting with various tasks as directed, helping to maintain smooth and efficient front-of-house operations. Maintain a clean and organized host stand and lobby area to ensure a positive guest experience. Requirements Prior experience in a restaurant or food service setting preferred. Strong multitasking and communication skills. Ability to remain calm, focused, and efficient in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and presentation. Team player with a positive, guest-focused attitude. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak dining hours.
