Responsibilities Inspect products for quality to ensure they are free of defects before shipment. Package finished products for shipment, applying labels accurately. Operate packaging equipment and maintain a clean work area. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. Ensure reliability by showing up consistently and working efficiently throughout shifts. Catch damaged, defective, or incorrect products before they reach customers. Maintain quality while adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Essential Skills Organizational and interpersonal skills. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Braintree, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
