Savvy Staffing Solutions is currently hiring for a premier manufacturing facility located in Gardner, MA. We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented professionals for Assembly and Packing roles across all shifts. These full-time, temp-to-hire positions offer predictable 8-hour schedules, a modern climate-controlled work environment, and excellent opportunities for long-term career advancement.

Gardner, MA Environment:
Clean, Climate-Controlled Industrial Facility Key Responsibilities:
For Assemblers & Packers:
Assemble components accurately according to engineering standards and quality guidelines. Inspect, package, label, and prepare finished goods for final shipment. Perform standard quality checks with strong attention to detail. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
For Shipping:
Process, pack, and ship outgoing orders accurately and efficiently. Verify shipping documents, labels, and inventory counts. Coordinate with team members and carriers to ensure timely dispatch of goods.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience:
Previous manufacturing, assembly, packing, or shipping experience required.

Exceptional attention to detail, reliability, self-motivation, and strong attendance history.
