Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and staging customer orders using manual picking methods, RF scanners, and electric/manual pallet jacks. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and productivity. Responsibilities Accurately pick and prepare customer orders using pick tickets and RF scanners. Operate electric pallet jacks (rider jacks) and manual pallet jacks safely and efficiently. Build, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment while ensuring proper labeling and stability. Verify product quantities, item numbers, and order accuracy prior to shipment. Perform manual order picking and stocking tasks as needed. Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and replenishment activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines. Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy goals. Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution, or order picking experience preferred. Experience operating electric pallet jacks is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately verify orders. Basic math and reading skills required. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Work Environment Fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment. Frequent walking, bending, lifting, and reaching. May involve working in varying temperatures depending on facility conditions. Safety-focused environment requiring proper equipment operation and procedures.
