We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate/Order Picker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Monday-Friday 7am-5pm with additional overtime on Saturdays Responsibilities Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently. Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and assisting with stock replenishment. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse by following established safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory or equipment to management promptly. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is a plus but not required. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
