$16.50 per hour Job SummaryCardinal Staffing is seeking dependable and hardworking Production Workers to join our team in Livonia, MI. This entry-level position supports the daily operations of a food processing and packaging facility, assisting with meat processing, packaging, cleaning, and general warehouse duties. Key Responsibilities Assist with packing and labeling meat or food products according to company specifications. Load and unload products from production lines or workstations. Weigh, sort, and inspect products to ensure quality and consistency. Use basic hand tools and equipment under supervision. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of waste. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies. Work in a refrigerated environment (cold temperatures). Perform repetitive tasks that include lifting, standing, and bending for extended periods. Assist with cleaning and sanitizing duties at the end of each shift. Perform other general duties as assigned by supervisors or line leaders. Requirements No previous experience required. Training is provided! Ability to work in cold, fast-paced environments. Ability to lift 40-50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks. Good attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions. Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team. Must follow all food safety and hygiene requirements. Bilingual (English/Spanish) Work Environment Refrigerated meat processing and packaging facility. Temperature is approximately 35°F. Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
