In this role, you'll help ensure finished products and materials are safely prepared, organized, and ready for shipment or production. What You'll Do as a

Palletizer:

Build and prepare pallets using pallet jacks, stretch-wrap equipment, and manual methodsLoad, stack, and organize finished goods and materials securely for transport or production useApply labels, tags, and required documentation to pallets accuratelyInspect pallets for stability, proper identification, and structural integrityStage pallets in designated shipping and production areasPerform basic equipment checks and maintain clean, organized work areasFollow safety procedures and collaborate with warehouse, production, and logistics teamsWhat You Need to Bring to the

Palletizer Role:

Ability to frequently lift and maneuver 40-50 poundsAbility to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended shiftsMechanical aptitude and strong attention to detailAbility to read and understand a tape measureBasic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh school diploma or GED equivalent requiredPrevious manufacturing, warehouse, shipping/receiving, material handling, or palletizing experience preferredExperience with pallet jacks, forklifts, stretch-wrap equipment, carpentry, or woodworking is a plusWhy You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
