Catnip products to our customers. We are looking for a Packaging Assistant to join our great team! In this role you are primarily responsible for filling containers and bags with Catnip, with secondary operations like heat sealing, and packing into master cartons. Additionally, you will finish packing sewn items on to display cards, bags or into display cartons, shrink wrap pallets and flexibility to do other duties as assigned. You will also be required to accurately count as you master pack items into their final form. Teamwork, consistency, repetitive tasks, speed, accuracy, and attention to detail are critical to meet the specified orders of our wholesale and distributor customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

Must be punctual and attend work shift reliably. Must have reliable transportation. Ability to remain focused on repetitive tasks. Ability to work as part of a team. Excellent hand dexterity. Ability to meet production goals. Military Veterans encouraged to apply. Detail oriented; ability to follow specific instructions and counts for each order. Willingness and ability to take direction as well as work independently. Ability to see problems and communicate these to the Lead. Able to learn from mistakes. Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours per day at a high level table, lift 40lbs and work around catnip that is dusty. 36-40 hours a week is available. Work is indoor in our climate-controlled production and warehouse facility in a safe, friendly environment. Weekday, first shift hours. No nights or weekends. Pay rate review after 300 hours.
