Immediate Position Overview We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented Production Packaging Associates to join our team for an immediate temporary assignment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a fast-paced production environment, and take pride in producing high-quality products with accuracy and consistency. Key Responsibilities Accurately fill products into pouches according to established specifications. Perform fast-paced hand packaging while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Verify product weights, counts, and package quality throughout the production process. Inspect pouches to ensure proper filling, sealing, and overall product appearance. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area. Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures. Work efficiently with the production team to meet daily production goals. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced production environment. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality. Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Previous manufacturing or packaging experience is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic. Food Manufacturing Environment This position is in a food manufacturing facility. Team members are required to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment such as hairnets and beard nets (when applicable) while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
