? Masis Staffing is currently seeking enthusiastic, detail-oriented candidates to fill a Candle Batch Technician I position in Milford, NH. We have openings on both 1st and 2nd Shift•so whether you're an early bird or a night owl, we have a spot for you! Job Description:
Produces required wax batches in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner while maintaining precise production and inventory records.
Job Duties:
Follow batch sheets and standard formulas to identify, measure, and weigh components for each wax batch order, or use prepared "kits" of materials ready for mixing. Complete all necessary paperwork thoroughly and accurately to meet company and customer specifications. Combine components in tanks to produce and supply wax batches for fill lines. Maintain detailed records of each drum to track fragrance and other components used. Review order schedules and work with Supervision to anticipate and meet production demand. Maintain the condition of equipment and tools assigned to the area, as well as cleanliness and organization of the workspace to assure a safe working environment. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Specific vision ability to distinguish between colors (color matching is required).
Job Requirements:
Constant standing, moving, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Use of math, measuring, and mixing•attention to detail is a MUST. Ability to work in a team environment and with management to ensure inventory is accounted for and meets company needs. Hours and Rate of Pay (Recap): Monday•Thursday 1st
