Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our warehouse operations team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent manual handling skills, and detail oriented experience . As a Picker/Packer, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, proper inventory management, and timely shipping and receiving processes. This position offers an engaging environment where safety, precision, and productivity are prioritized to support seamless warehouse distribution. Responsibilities Accurately pick and pack customer orders using barcode scanning and pick lists for logistics and inventory management systems. Operate heavy equipment such as pallet jacks, and manual handling tools to load and unload materials safely. Maintain inventory control by organizing stock, stocking shelves, and conducting regular stock counts with attention to detail. Ensure proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transit while adhering to labeling and wrapping practices. Assist in shipping and receiving activities by verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and preparing outgoing shipments. Follow safety procedures consistently, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to minimize risks during heavy lifting and materials handling. Support warehouse distribution operations by maintaining a clean, organized workspace that promotes efficiency and safety. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize order fulfillment processes and improve overall warehouse operations. Experience Prior experience in Picking & Packing Prior experience in Inventory or Shipping and Receiving departments Prior experience in warehouse environments with hands-on operation of Manual Pallet Jacks Demonstrated ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while maintaining safety standards. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with basic math skills for inventory counting and order calculations. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, barcode scanning for logistics, and inventory management systems. Demonstrated ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while maintaining safety standards. Proven track record of adhering to safety protocols in fast-paced environments involving heavy equipment operation. Pay:
