Temp to Perm Opportunity Multiple Jobs Available with a quick start Excellent work hours: Monday through Friday 6am -2pm 8 hour shift WITH Paid breaks Job Summary We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our warehouse team as Temp to Perm Warehouse Pick/Packer. This role offers multiple opportunities for those eager to work in a dynamic distribution environment. As part of our team, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and ready to contribute to smooth warehouse operations while gaining valuable experience in logistics and inventory management. Duties Accurately pick items using barcode scanners and RF scanners and tablets based on order specifications. Pack products securely, ensuring quality control and proper labeling for shipping. Maintain organized storage areas by stocking shelves and managing inventory levels with warehouse management systems. Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including verifying incoming stock against purchase orders. Follow safety procedures consistently, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and manual handling techniques to prevent injuries. Qualifications Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning for logistics, and inventory management systems is a plus. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle materials with care during picking, packing, and loading activities. Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and quality control standards are met. Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
