Production & Packaging Associate (Full-Time)Job OverviewFinger Lakes Harvest LLC is seeking a dedicated, versatile Production & Packaging Associate to join our team at our Dundee, NY facility. We craft high-quality, small-batch fruit and vinegar-based health tonics, drink mixers, and extracts.

Because we operate as a small, tight-knit craft team, flexibility is essential. While your daily core duty involves production operations, tasks like labeling and packaging are performed on an as-needed basis. Facility cleaning, housekeeping, and strict organization are critical components of this role. We maintain rigorous food safety standards, which requires keeping our entire facility—including our raw materials and inventory storage—spotless and well-maintained. This role offers excellent room for professional growth, with the potential to advance into a management position as our company expands.

Compensation & Schedule Starting Pay :

$17.00 per hour with a performance and compensation review at 6 months .

Typical Shift :

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM .

Overtime :

Occasional OT required depending on seasonal or weekly production volume.

Job Type :

Full-time Key Responsibilities Maintain critical facility cleanliness by executing daily housekeeping tasks, including deep cleaning production floors, sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash. Manage cooler and freezer organization to ensure raw ingredients and finished goods are safely stored, properly rotated (FIFO), and clearly inventoried. Wash and sanitize production utensils, bottling tools, and work surfaces thoroughly between small batches to meet rigorous hygiene and food safety standards. Execute production runs and pour hot liquid products carefully into bottles using manual equipment. Cap and seal each bottle to ensure complete food safety and airtight product seals. Label and package products on an as-needed basis, filling shipping cases quickly on high-volume order days. Maintain flexibility by willingly shifting to any assigned tasks based on daily production priorities. Inspect every bottle to ensure precise fill levels, secure caps, and immaculate visual presentation. Qualifications Strong commitment to cleanliness with a sharp eye for sanitation, hygiene, and strict facility organization. Comfort working in cold environments for periodic periods to manage cooler and freezer inventory. High flexibility and adaptability to jump between production, packaging, inventory tracking, and critical cleaning tasks. Excellent hand dexterity and coordination for steady, precise pouring, capping, and labeling. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and safely lift up to 50 lbs in a production environment. High comfort level handling hot liquids while strictly following workplace safety protocols. Reliable transportation to our facility in Dundee, NY.
