We are seeking dependable Assembly Production Workers to join a fast-paced production team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a hands-on environment and can maintain both speed and accuracy while assembling products to customer specifications. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required Entry-level position; prior assembly experience is helpful but not required Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and punctuality required Ability to follow instructions and work independently Job Duties Assemble products according to customer specifications Count, sort, pick, and kit materials and components Apply labels and package finished products Fold, measure, and inspect products for quality and accuracy Compare finished items against specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow production procedures and safety guidelines Meet daily productivity and quality expectations Physical Capabilities Ability to stand for the entire shift Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly Ability to perform repetitive movements throughout the workday Ability to bend, reach, and move materials as needed Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
