Responsibilities and Duties The successful candidate will work with a highly engaged and committed team, packaging and delivering confections to regional wholesale accounts. They will work in a production environment with high teamwork and safety expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Packaging all products produced using best practices for food and team safety. Rotating stock and maintain organization of stock area. Forming long-lasting, excellent relationships with wholesale account receiving staff and managers. Delivering Romolo Chocolates products to our wholesale clients. Accurately reporting travel and stocking time. (Estimated daily delivery time is 2-3 hours per day.) Maintaining Romolo Chocolates visibility and quality appearance at wholesale locations. Working with office and operations leaders on logistics, problem-solving and product inventory-invoice matches. Taking direction from owner. Performing other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Maintain and work 40 hours per week. Is willing to learn and able to retain knowledge. Can project kindness and respect to team members and wholesale account staff. Able to safely drive distances. Can lift up to 50 lbs. and maintain good physical movement for at least 8 hours. Has impeccable driving history and valid PA driver's license. Able to problem solve. Willing to grow with the company.
