Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Picker/Packer to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment while ensuring safety and efficiency throughout all warehouse operations. Your energetic approach will help us maintain high standards of order fulfillment, inventory management, and quality control. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with heavy equipment and warehouse management systems in a fast-paced distribution environment. Duties Mondays. Occasional Tuesday if we are closed for a Holiday on Monday. Use RF scanners and barcode scanning technology to accurately pick and verify orders according to order specifications Pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit Maintain accurate inventory records within warehouse management systems (WMS) and perform regular stock counts Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including verifying inbound/outbound shipments and updating inventory data Conduct quality control checks to ensure orders meet company standards before dispatching Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, shipping & receiving, and inventory management Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanning for logistics purposes Manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy items safely and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Knowledge of safety protocols, PPE use, and safe operation of warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order fulfillment and stock management Reliability Join us if you're ready to bring energy, precision, and dedication to a vital role that keeps our supply chain moving smoothly!
