Full Job Description General Responsibilities:

Conducts themselves at all times as the public image of the company in accordance with the Company's code of ethics. Ensures operational procedures are followed at all times. Adheres to all client compliance requirements. Assists in the company's goals for continuous improvement in all company functions.

Specific Responsibilities:

Perform visual and physical inspection of returned feature phone handsets. Read and follow the instructions to perform functional tests on feature phone handsets. Correctly and fully reset feature phone handsets, ensuring no personal information remains in handset memory. Verify feature phone handset operating systems are up to date. Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Meet minimum daily quota. Operate Cooper General's service system to enter all handsets into the system database in the correct status. Be aware of different dispositions and which handsets apply to each disposition. Ensure product is entered into the correct disposition and status. Ensure all products are entered into the system database with the correct part number. When transfers to authorized service centers, ensure orders are closed with correct part numbers. Perform PSD Provision when required. Able to identify deficiencies or errors and immediately notify supervisor Must be willing to work extended hours as needed. Perform other duties as required.

Pay:

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
