Production / Packaging Job Summary We are looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our food manufacturing team as Packers . Packers are responsible for preparing, packaging, labeling, and inspecting food products while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient production environment. This is a fast-paced position that requires attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to stay on your feet and work efficiently throughout the shift. Responsibilities Package and label food products according to company standards. Inspect products and packaging for quality and accuracy. Operate basic production and packaging equipment as trained. Keep work areas clean and organized. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Work effectively as part of a production team. Meet production goals and maintain a consistent work pace. Perform other production and packaging duties as assigned. Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds . Ability to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment . Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to work well with others as part of a team. Previous food manufacturing or packaging experience is a plus, but not required ; training will be provided.
