Johnson Creek, WI Employment Type:
1st shift, 6:00am to 2:30pm Monday through Friday. Flexible, plus some weekends as needed.

Material Handler Responsibilities:
A Material Handler is responsible for gathering, checking and packing crates and boxes. Attaching shipping information, etc. on all customer shipments. Assisting in loading, unloading and distribution of materials, supplies and shipments. Uses a forklift or pallet jack Ensures that shipping materials/supplies are maintained for timely and efficient shipments. Cleaning and organizing shipping/packaging area. Ensure materials are properly stored, labeled, and handled to prevent damage and maintain accuracy. Follow all company safety policies and procedures when operating equipment and handling materials. Support continuous improvement efforts and assist with other warehouse or production-related duties as assigned. Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday. Safely operate material handling equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
Qualifications Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material handling preferred. Forklift experience and certification preferred, or ability to become certified. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to identify and report quality concerns. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and time management skills. Basic math and computer skills preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
